Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the inback – Loyalty & Rewards App (“inback” or the “App”) operated by INRAYS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing or using the App, you (“Merchant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.   Description of Service

inback is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create and manage loyalty programs, rewards systems, VIP tiers, and related analytics within their Shopify store.

The App operates within the Shopify ecosystem and integrates through Shopify APIs.

2.   Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store
  • Be authorized to act on behalf of the store
  • Comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service

3.   Account & Installation

The App is installed through Shopify. Upon installation:

  • A merchant account is automatically created via Shopify OAuth
  • Access is linked to the Shopify store domain

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials.

4.   Subscription Plans & Billing

inback may offer free and paid subscription plans.

  • Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing
  • Charges are processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s billing
  • By approving a subscription, you authorize Shopify to charge your selected payment method.

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or subscription downgrades.
Merchants may cancel subscriptions at any time through Shopify, and charges will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.   Merchant Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for configuring loyalty rules, rewards, and tier
  • You are responsible for ensuring your loyalty program complies with applicable
  • You will not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the

6.   Data Ownership & Privacy

Merchants retain ownership of their store data and customer data.
inback acts as a Data Processor and processes customer data solely to provide App functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.   Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the App in violation of Shopify policies
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the App to distribute malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8.   Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of INRAYS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

9.   Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

10.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
INRAYS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business
  • Data loss resulting from merchant configuration or Shopify platform issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding three

(3) months.

11.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INRAYS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your loyalty program configuration
  • Violations of applicable laws

12.  Termination

You may terminate use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or Shopify policies.
Upon termination, access to the App will cease.

13.  Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
