- Free Shipping is the third program on the Redeem Program section on inback.
- Click on Create. A pop-up window will appear.
- Enter the Program Name. Example: Free Shipping
- Type the Minimum Points Required. Example: 30 Points
- Click on Done
The free shipping program is successfully set.
End Customer Interaction:
- A customer can find the free shipping program coupon on their widget, if they have achieved the minimum points to avail free shipping coupon they can redeem it.
- Once they redeem and copy the code, they can apply it to the main checkout window.
How will customer avail Free Shipping? #
- View reward
Customers can see the Free Shipping reward in the Redeeming Programs section of the store widget. - Redeem the reward
Find the reward in the redeeming program section of the widget. Click on Redeem. - Coupon in My Coupons
A coupon code for free shipping appears in the My Coupons section. - Use at checkout
The customer can copy the code and apply it during checkout to get free shipping.
