Widget is a skeleton of your loyalty program. Inback’s widget provides your customers information about their current points, current tier status, and the coupons earned. It can be seen as a floating button on the bottom left of your home page.
Different Functions Of Widget #
- Earning Program Section
Users will receive points upon activities such as signing up or placing an order. The widget will reflect these points in the earning program section. - Redeeming Program Section
Redeeming programs set by the merchant will be seen in this section. Users can exchange their points to avail the program. Discount, Free shipping & Free gift Coupons will be shown in the redeem point widget.If customers have enough points in their balance, they can redeem the points. For example, in the profile of a user “Mr. A”
Current Balance – 200 points
Merchant’s Discount Program – 50 points with a minimum order value of $ 500 Discount Program Name – Black Friday Discount.
Discount Amount – $50Now, Mr. A will be able to see this latest discount program on their widget’s redeem program section. Mr. A can choose to redeem the program by clicking on the redeem button in front of Black Friday Discount. This step is essential since it converts user points to coupons for them to use at the checkout page.
Click on yes to redeem the program. Now the coupon ‘Black Friday Discount’ will be visible in Mr. A’s My Coupon section. He can copy the code and apply it to his next purchase.
Remember, to apply the coupon, the purchase should meet all requirements of the redeeming program.
