- Customer Lifetime Value
The total money a business earns from a customer over their entire relationship. It shows how valuable a customer is to the business. - Cumulative spend
The total amount a customer has spent in a store over a period of time. It is used to determine rewards and tier eligibility.

The act of giving points or rewards to customers based on specific actions such as placing an order or signing up.

The final customer who shops in your store and uses the loyalty points, rewards, or coupons. - Earning Programs
A system that allows customers to earn points by completing actions set by the merchant, such as making a purchase or signing up.
