The Integrations feature allows you to connect inback with third party communication tools. Integrations let you connect inback with external email or messaging platforms.
These tools help you send messages to your customers about their loyalty points, rewards, and coupons.
Integration in inback:
inback currently gives you access to connect with Omisend. Once connected, the platform will receive loyalty related data from inback.
You can then use the platform to:
- Inform customers about their points balance
- Notify customers about rewards and benefits
- Share available coupons
The purpose of the integration feature is to encourage end-users to take action and make repeat purchases.
How to connect Omnisend?
When you click Integrate, a setup window opens.
In this window:
- Log in to your Omnisend account in a separate tab
- Generate an API key from Omnisend
- Paste the API key into the field shown in Inback
- Click Done
Once this is completed, Omnisend is connected to Inback.
What happens after integration?
After connecting Omnisend:
- Loyalty data from inback can be shared with Omnisend
- You can create email automations inside Omnisend using this data
inback does not send emails directly. All email communication is managed from your Omnisend account.
Things to remember
- An active Omnisend account is required
- The API key controls the connection between inback and Omnisend
- You can stop using the integration at any time by removing the connection
