The Metrics Section helps you understand how your reward and loyalty programs are performing. It shows how customers are joining your loyalty program, earning points, redeeming rewards, using coupons, and moving across VIP tiers.

Loyalty Program Customers
This metric shows how many customers are part of your loyalty program. A customer is counted here when:
- They make a purchase after at least one inback feature is active
- Or they sign up for the loyalty program after at least one feature is live.
Important things to know:
Only customers who sign up are counted
- Guest customers are not included until they complete signup
Revenue by inback
This metric shows how much revenue is generated when customers use inback generated coupons at checkout.
What is included:
- The Shopify subtotal amount of orders where an inback coupon was applied
What is not included:
- Orders without any coupon
- Orders using third party coupons
Important rules:
- Revenue by inback is calculated from lifetime revenue
- A coupon must be applied during checkout for the order to be counted
- Revenue is added after payment confirmation
- Revenue is removed if the order is refunded due to cancellation or return
Metrics show how rewards directly contribute to sales.
- Points Metrics
(ss) - Points Disbursed
This metric shows the total number of points given to customers. Points can be earned through different activities such as:
- Placing an order
- Signing up
You will see the total points disbursed.
Points Redeemed #
This metric shows the total number of points customers have redeemed in exchange for rewards.
Points are redeemed for rewards such as:
- Discount programs
- Free shipping
- Free gifts
You will see the total points redeemed
Percentage of customers who redeemed points
This metric shows how many customers actually use their points.
Calculation:
Customers who have redeemed points at least once
Divided by customers who have received at least one point
Multiplied by 100
This shows your reward engagement.
VIP Tier Metrics
- Total VIP Members
This metric shows how many customers are currently part of upgraded VIP tiers. It includes customers in each tier. You will see total number of VIP members
Tier names and tier count are taken from your loyalty configuration. This will help you track customer progression and loyalty growth.
