Tier demotion is done when a customer cannot sustain the tier threshold spending. Through tier demotion, the customer is demoted to the previous tier if the threshold purchase is not met within a defined time duration i.e reassessment cycle.
Tier demotion setup #
- Click on the “Tier Demotion” tab.
- Set the reassessment cycle according to you.
- Click on the “Tier Retention Threshold” text field
- Set the amount for each tier created.
- Click done
- You have successfully set up your tier demotion rules.
